our engineers will unpack and check over the product for any damages.
if your all ready for us and have the electrical supply installed in the correct location ( see the PRE INSTALLATION GUIDE to see what is needed) we will connect your product.
our engineers will then thoroughly test the product and complete a commissioning and handover document.
one of our experience engineers will then instruct you on the operation, function and detail how to use the product.
