Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. pricing error, stock issues, suspected fraud).
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via methods listed on the website or electronic bank transfer. Payment is processed securely by our third-party provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, strikes).
Delivery will be made to the address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the goods.
7. Cancellations and Returns
a. Right to Cancel (Consumers only)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, you must contact us in writing. You are responsible for returning the goods in unused condition and at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
exceptions to this apply once our product is installed, commissioned and handed over. additionally any product that have been custom built such as outdoor saunas, wood fired hot tubs, ice baths, glamping pods etc are exempt.
b. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect items upon delivery. If any goods arrive faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Installation and Use
If installation is offered, it will be carried out by qualified personnel. Please ensure you have met all site preparation requirements prior to installation.
You are responsible for using and maintaining products in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and safety instructions.
9. Warranty
Our hot tubs are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. Details and coverage vary by product and will be provided with your purchase.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, trident swimming pools & wellness ltd shall not be liable for:

Installation or use of products not in accordance with guidance
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of trident swimming pools & wellness ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
