1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland only). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • The Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Other remote or offshore locations

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the product type:

Hot tubs (in stock) 3–21 working days

Pre-order items As stated on product page

Accessories & parts 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary based on availability, location, and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

We will contact you to confirm your delivery date and provide further instructions.

3. Delivery & Additional Costs

We deliver within Merseyside, Lancashire, Cumbria, Manchester and Cheshire (outside of these areas occur additional charge).

Accessories & small items are priced at checkout.

Installation and setup (if selected) may incur additional charges, which will be clearly communicated during checkout or scheduling.

4. Delivery Process 

deliveries require special handling. Here's what to expect:

  • Pre-delivery call: We will contact you to confirm access details and scheduling.

  • the customer must read over the associated pre-delivery guide for their selected product, a copy of which is accessible at the bottom of each page on the website, including this one.

  • Access requirements: Ensure clear access to the delivery site (minimum width, height, and turning space). It is your responsibility to check this before delivery.

  • the client must confirm that they have read, understood and that they have conformed to all pre-delivery requirements prior to delivery. 

  • If access is obstructed or installation isn’t possible upon arrival, a re-delivery or cancellation fee will apply.

 

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, lack of access, or no one being present to receive the delivery, you will be charged for re-delivery or cancellation.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information where available. For hot tub deliveries, we will keep you updated by phone or email.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items:

  • Notify the delivery team immediately (if possible)

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone

We will work quickly to resolve any issues.

 

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
